Potash Mountain – 52WAV

February 13, 2021. 4.1 mile out and back on the Mt. Potash Trail.

I planned to be well on my way back to the hellhole (CA) but winter weather systems across the country have delayed my departure. I hiked the relatively easy out-and-back, busy, herd path; likely my last 52 With A View this season. The trail was well packed, a white sidewalk, thanks to dedicated snowshoers. My stay at the peak was brief; it’s a busy place up there so no quiet solitude. Nice views of Mts Washington and Passaconaway. The stream crossing is snow-bridged but for a nicely heart-shaped hole; happy valentine’s day!
