Applesauce Dessert

Low fat (high sugar) easy dessert for too-tart apples:

4 large apples, sliced (peeled optional)
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar (or less)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine and boil until apples are soft; about 8-15 minutes. We don’t peel the apples or mash them – just easy, pleasant dessert not unlike apple pie without all the fat.
