Chicken Parmesan, Baked

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (Trader Joes, frozen)
2.5 cups marinara sauce
1/4 cup chopped basil
8 oz mozzarella, shredded
4 oz Parmesan, grated
1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons (classic caesar)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat 9×11 baking pan with olive oil. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Place chicken breasts over marinara sauce. Cover chicken with 2 cups marinara sauce. Sprinkle with chopped basil, then 4 oz shredded mozzarella and 2 oz parmesan.

Next layer 5oz croutons.

Spread remaining 4 oz shredded mozzarella and 2 oz parmesan on top of croutons. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
