Marinated Ginger Chicken

~ 2 pounds chicken
1/2 C lemon juice
1/2 C oil
1/4 C soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger (or grated)

Combine ingredients in zip lock bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Grill or broil chicken.
