Energy Bar

2 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup each almonds, sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients including dates. Put peanut butter and honey into bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add vanilla to peanut butter/honey and mix. Add dry ingredients to peanut butter/honey and stir together.

Put mixture onto greased cookie sheet and press out into 1 inch high rectangle. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
